Yeah yeah. Here I am a few days later, admittedly shy of my ill-conceieved claim. But hey, I told you I was a slacker.
Yesterday was a good fitness day. I got home from work, got the animals taken care of, and then worked out. Did shoulders and traps. That breaks down to:
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 2 sets, 6 reps @ 35lbs
Lateral Shoulder Extension: 2 sets, 6 reps @ 20lbs
Bent over reverse shoulder extension: 2 sets, 6 reps @ 20lbs / 6 @ 25lbs
Barbell Shrugs: 2 sets, 6 reps @120lbs
When I was done, Pattie had some dinner imported from the grocer, and we chowed down.
Then I went to yoga. Ouch. Yoga for just over an hour, after which I really felt the burn all over, but very stretched and loose.
Tonight will be calves and abs, and maybe a short strech on the stationary bike.
